Reduce waiting times and improve truck turnarounds by scheduling orders with the Chelan Fresh Appointment Loading Service. Today, outbound shipments are staged and checked for quality in advance of truck arrival, and 80% of shipments are loaded in 60 minuts or less.

You can help ensure faster turnarounds on pickups from Chelan Fresh shipping locations by doing the following:

Always set an appointment at least four hours in advance with Chelan Fresh Logistics.

Loading appointment times:

Monday – Friday 7:45 am to 4:45 pm Saturday 7:00 am to 11:30 am

Dispatch: always communicate appointment time to the driver

Call ahead to change an appointment.

We will work with you to schedule a realistic time slot.

Late arrivals are required to set new appointments.

If you can’t be on-time, be early.

We will work you into the first available time slot.
