Apples

Apples ripen quickly at room temperature – keep them in a cool space away from sunlight and heat. However, if you plan to eat them within a day or two, they’ll be fine on the counter. Otherwise, store them in a bag in your refrigerator’s crisper drawer. When refrigerated, most apples will keep for 3–4 weeks!
