“Meg continues to show people how easy and accessible eating for wellness can be.”

Meg is an educator, recipe developer and lifelong foodie based out of Lake Chelan Washington with her husband and three dogs. Meg has years of experience working in many aspects of the food industry, including owning her own artisan bakery, but it wasn’t until she started experiencing her own health issues that she decided to focus on the healing powers of whole, plant based foods. After completing her plant-based culinary training with the Rouxbe Cooking School, Meg started The Evolving Plate and began teaching people how to transform their health through their diet. Through social media, hands on classes and recipe development Meg continues to show people how easy and accessible eating for wellness can be. When Meg does take a break from cooking you can find her teaching a Zumba Fitness class or kicking up her heels in a salsa class with her husband.
